Training specificity is a principle that explains that adaptations elicited from exercise stimulus are directly dependent on the specific type of activity, volume, and intensity of the exercise performed. Muscles are the horsepower and the bones are the chassis that support them. You take a Formula One engine and put it in a Honda Civic, you would just rip the thing apart, just blow the wheels right off of it. Power requires a STRONG foundation. When you put the body in an environment where it is challenged, an extreme environment, then the body’s going to see that extremeness and make the adjustments. Therefore, the entire musculoskeletal system will benefit.

Spectrum training involves the use of Visual feedback facilitated Robotic Musculoskeletal Development System. These sessions are short, very intense  concentric strength efforts that are neurologically demanding and quantifiable.
