Meet Our Team

SIGOURNEY

Sigourney is a graduate from the Florida Atlantic University (FAU) with the degree: Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She was also honored to represent FAU on the Women’s Volleyball Team and received All-Conference-USA honors in all her years with the FAU Team. She has been playing volleyball for 12 years now and was privileged to represent her home country Suriname on the Women’s National Team in many international competitions, such as World Championship Qualifications and Olympic Games Qualifiers.

As Sigourney has been an athlete almost all her life, she easily became very passionate about training and maintaining a healthy quality of life. With this passion she desires for everyone else to understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle (Staying physically active in the best of your ability, good nutrition, enough rest and maintaining a social life), which can all help with our overall well-being.

Sigourney is a positive-minded, joyful person who encourages everyone she comes in contact with to reach their full potential in life and help them achieve the goals they dream to achieve.

“WINNING IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN MY LIFE, AFTER BREATHING. BREATHING FIRST, WINNING NEXT.”
